FAQ
Is this psychological training?
No. We coach operational mechanics, communication clarity, and tooling. Mental health support is outside our scope.

Best with six to twelve participants per simulation. Larger groups are split into parallel exercises.
Can vendors attend?
Only with your approval and NDAs in place. We default to internal participants.
Field notes
Incident War Room Coaching trimmed duplicate Slack threads. One drill felt contrived, but the debrief turned it into a useful lesson on comms discipline.
